Hi I'm Rebecca and I have an addictive personality. ( They say admitting you have a problem is the 1st step.) I see peoples doing things and I think that is so cool I want to do that; and I'm off on another tangant. Recently I've picked my knitting needles back up and have decided that I can't get enough of a certain hat, baby blankets, learning to do socks, dishcloths which incidentally turned into face cloths, soapy the turtle, and now kitchen sets! In addition to all that I've recently been bitten by the quilting bug and the sewing machine is now out on the kitchen table broken from where I thought I could make a needle roll using upholstery fabric. Big mistake for 2 reasons: 1) I have limited sewing knowledge, what I do know I've learnt on my own making only a few simple things over the years like a simple dress, christmas play costumes, placemat purse, etc. 2) It was way to thick and I didn't know anybetter. Go figure!
So yesterday I went and purchased a Huskystar c20 used and I'm all excited to learn to sew and make that quilt. Watch out all those that receive Christmas gifts from me you will absolutely get something homemade I just hope that I figure out how to make beautiful homemade gifts.
